Representatives of the environment at PADI, the Diving Instructors Training Association, have formed a foundation called Project A.W.A.R.E. in 1989. The aim of the new group was to help save underwater with education, advocacy and action. That is why the PROPERTY Project, Responsible for Global Alert and Education, was born. PADI has always been a key partner and their collaboration encourages diverse people and diving around the world. The AWARE Foundation Project is a registered non-profit organization with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland and Japan. These offices and interested stakeholders, water workers and affected citizens are joining forces to maintain water resources in more than 180 countries and regions around the world. These combined efforts reach more than a million people a year! Working in partnership with water lovers and those interested in such activities includes:
- Water treatment and Sewage Prevention
- Coral Reef conservation, monitoring and data collection
- Shark Education, Reporting and Preservation
- Improved Management Policies and Marine Protection Efforts
- Environmental training in various Child Education Programs
Deep people notice differences in water, seizures and poor health. They create natural conservation diplomats and their favorite and valued places. I saw it for myself at Manzanillo. I’ve had conversations with many people at Club de Yates who have been coming to Manzanillo for years, up to 30 years in one pair, and I appreciate that little purpose of the diverse wealth of life that snorkelers and others eat. It is the best lake in Manzanillo and is one of the best diving sites in the world.
Many of our natural forests, beaches, water and parks are under pressure from tourists, are underutilized and are always “loved to death”. Oceans are always present and are the elements that make the planet Earth a WATER PLANET. We learned in school about five oceans and different seas but in fact only one. See a photo of the Antartic and you will soon see that our water is one great ocean.
Oceans make 362 million miles (141+ million miles). They cover about 70% of the earth’s surface. The Pacific Ocean is 25% the world’s largest land area. The combined temperature of all oceans and oceans is to cool the bones to 3.5 degrees C or 38.3 degrees luckily, fortunately, Manzanillo sees a small range of about 65-86 degrees F (18.3 to 30 degrees C). Seawater makes up 97 percent of our total water but recognizes that less than 1% of it is pure water!
The depth of the sea is almost a natural desert. The open sea makes up 90 percent of the sea area but produces less than 1% of the catch. Coastal areas are the richest fishing grounds, 90%, and areas where man and nature are exposed to pollution and exploitation and natural disasters. Our oceans and seas are used by all nations but most of the land is outside the borders of the country which gives freedom of access without legal or moral responsibility.
Marine pollution is one of the things we have been concerned about with overfishing, coastal areas and coral reefs. Oceans have a problem of chemical pollution, 18.9 trillion / 5 trillion liters of toxic waste per year. That figure does not include oil pollution. Solid waste, including plastics (see previous article in the Pacific Gyre) also contributes to the decline in overall health.
The global fishery is in a state of disrepair. If you are like me you love shrimp. But eating shrimp makes me sad to think that every kilogram / 2.2 kilogram using 4.2 kilograms / 9.25 pounds of fish is discarded as a catch-catch (unspecified species). Discarded fishing vessels discard 80 to 90 percent of them! This is often the case in the fishing industry in general. When the catch is small, fishermen often begin to use more dangerous methods in fishing. The 39 countries depend on fish for protein in their diet.
While most of the statistics and numbers are sad and judgmental there are some bright spots and other solutions that are still being tested. If each of us knows what we are doing, then we are doing it, and that is how we are going to make it. And getting closer to the beauty under the sea I take it very seriously.
If you are interested in learning more about our water and rivers, look for a PADI diving site and enroll in the AWARE Project class. The two don’t want to dive but it’s a show in the classroom.
Tennis Tennis in Attacking Linemen
This is a thumb used by many teams to get their attacking linemen quickly out of the ball. I first read about it at Concord De LaSalle High School in California. Yes, the school had 151 to win the game. This is a good warning to train boys to coach football.
De LaSalle football coaches rightly believe, that the keys to a game that offends you are to get your first two steps faster than the opponents 2 first steps. I noticed the pace from De LaSalle football was amazing during a television match with Evangel High School national in Louisiana. While Evangel has a Category I team hopes in their offensive line and are between 50 pounds more per man than De LaSalle, De LaSalle just manages the line.
This is a tool they use to use soccer teams successfully to improve line play and speed:
Divide your linemen into two groups, one on the right of the center in one row, the one on the left of the center in the other. Have the players in front of the line complete their two steps quickly and efficiently, the inner step first moving at an angle of 60 degrees to the inside of the knee to the chest, all the while loading hands on the sides of the “Six Shooter” level. The second step in one corner comes soon after the first step is laid down. The second stage will also be done with the knees bent and when the foot is placed on the ground the arms will raise the hips and shoulder.
Once these steps are repeated, we connect the coach with a tennis ball. The trainer is at 60 degrees to the inside of the offending linemen and about 1 yard along the 60th path away from the player. In the calculation of offensive linemen they take the first step as described above and then take the second step along the line to the trainer using the above techniques. The snap count coach drops the ball straight down from a height of 3 feet or so. The lineman has to take his 2 correct steps using the right technique and catch the tennis ball before it falls to the ground. Vary distance and height to force your offending linemen to make a drill at each of their speeds.
We change our center on both lines, as it has to go in both directions. This is a trial that comes in week 4-5 after our children know the basics and are working on building key skills. A great change in pace, it works and kids love it.
See how this soccer ball helps your offensive linemen get out of the ball faster and allow them to get their second step faster than the other team. This will allow you to play soccer games with greater accuracy and efficiency when combined with the right blocking techniques.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a youth coach, Dave has developed a strategic approach to developing players and youth and teams. His teams have used this system so far to win 97% of their games in 5 different leagues.

In my medical practice I treat 100 patients a year per head. Many of these have recurrent neck pain and stiffness and headaches. I teach riding and most riders admit they have a headache. Riders often experience neck and head pain after boarding at the end of the day. Unless there is a medical cause then most headaches are what we call ‘cervicogenic’ (cervico means neck and genic means origin) so cervicogenic means the head starts from the neck and is caused by muscle and muscle organs. The two upper limbs are the main cause of headaches because the nerves that supply the head, temples and eyes correspond to the upper limbs of the neck.
Headaches from the neck are caused by muscles that are compressed or compressed by the joints and or muscles of the upper neck. There are many other causes for headaches. This article only discusses cervicogenic headaches (starting from the top of the neck) and not headaches for any other reason. It is important to have a physical examination by a Physiotherapist and / or Physician to determine if your scalp is cervicogenic or otherwise.
Bad neck posture and general bad posture will always lead to headaches, given enough time. Repeated behavior and posture causing the neck to be in the wrong position will lead to the head. These positions are the places we use in our daily work and our posture.
So what is the relationship between the rider and the head?
The final position of the neck absence comes from the rotating shoulder area. A person with shoulders that wraps around the floor will have round shoulders on the seat. When the shoulders are forward and are called around the neck it will be at the forefront of the chin look. This position puts the upper neck in an extended position and this tightens the joints, nerves and muscles. Over time the joints become stiff and the pain subsides and the arteries become inflamed. The nerve then refers to the pain in the head as a headache. Increased pressure to walk on the shoulder increases stress which is why heartburn. Horse riding is a major cause of headaches. All other horse-related activities can also put stress on the neck.
The posture of many teenagers is unfortunately not normal. Their shoulders are slippery, their chin is forward and their neck is in a tightly closed position. Most do not use any back muscles and are simply attached to the limbs. Many people spend hours in a similar position. Running, computer house work, are just a few of the tasks that generate this space. As horse riders we adjust the same posture. Horse riders are told to sit up and put your shoulders back.
How do you fix it?
The simplest solution is to straighten up, adjust your posture, and control your movement. The long answer is to educate yourself and redeem it with knowledge. First, see a Physotherapist and have a professional test. Learn why and why you accept your posture and then learn how to adjust and manage your pain with posture management. Not many healers will be able to connect your heads to a horse unless they know about the position of the horse. Very few therapists can match the muscles used to ride a horse or the amount of skill required for good riding. Remember to the rider it seems very easy. Just stay there!
Controlling your head like jealousy can be easy.
Head control for riders is the same for all people; however I place increased emphasis on certain medical symptoms, for I am a horse rider. If you have been tested and your problems are not too deep, but remain constant in nature, that is, they continue to go backwards, then these simple things will help. This should be taken as basic advice only. Controlling the heads of your upper limbs should go. Your muscles need to be strong and resilient. You will need to be fundamentally stable. Deep muscle stiffness will strengthen the correct position of the upper neck. I start with the main muscles in each patient I treat in a headache. The effectiveness of management without this knowledge and power is always limited. This is why chiropractic treatment (and one or the other) has come a long way.
I give simple but effective exercises and teach patients about their posture. I advise all my horse-riding students to follow the Ride of Use areas.
Stretch easily to get neck movement
Stand tall, hold your hands behind your back and turn your head so that your ear goes to your shoulder. Stretching can be painful for you to take care of.
Stand tall, close your eyes and turn your head so that your chin goes to your shoulder.
Press your chin with the opposite hand to force more stretching. Feel a stretch and or other pain in your neck. Do not exacerbate the headache with this. Obviously it does both sides and if it makes it worse see a Physotherapist. Hold for 10 to 20 seconds easily and repeat. Do this stretching slowly and regularly and do it when you are healthy, do not wait for the stiffness and head to return. Control good movement and keep the pain away.
Watching the game at the Soccer World Cup, I noticed that the national alignment clearly differs in terms of the team’s position. You may wonder why this is so important. Why is it important to have a team spirit? What is the cause? And what does it affect?
The spirit of the Swedish group
After eliminating the best teams, Holland and Italy in preparation, Sweden played its part, sending the German champions home early, winning Team F. They needed talented players, but as a united team they were heartbroken and challenged. They do well with determination and organization.
“Only we can do little; together we can do more.“(Helen Keller, blind speaker / political activist)
According to his no-frills team, the manager had not scored Sweden’s top scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The actor was furious with his former fans for what was seen as self-absorbed comments.
“As a team, we play together, all the players together. With Zlatan, as a person, as a player, he’s an independent person, and the game revolves around him. Instead, now, we play more of the team as a whole.” (goalkeeper, Karl-Johan Johnsson).
Every single player has bought into the idea of working hard for each other and having fun together as a great team out of the spotlight.
The spirit of the Leicester City team
Winning the English Premier League, Leicester City is another football team that has exceeded expectations in terms of numbers.
Leicester had some good players, but when we look at the whole team and compare them to the so-called “top” clubs, it’s easy to see why they have so far lifted the title.
“You may have the biggest team of other stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t matter.“- (Father Ruth, soccer player)
The Pundits saw the players’ understanding as a key factor in their success. The team knew the manager would be there next season. He persevered in many of the first team players he inherited. This continuity is built on the legacy of the club, another cornerstone of a strong team identity.
The team spirit was also helped by the players viewing the club’s goals (i.e. preventing downsizing) as being within their reach. And there was no fear of failure.
Many technical teams defend themselves by playing with high passes and therefore the opposing team is not allowed to have the ball. However, ownership makes for poor estimates of group performance. The City was not afraid to play the wrong three parcels if that move led to a goal. Team members feel confident and proud to be part of a team that plays fast-paced soccer.
Other soccer teams
Boys playing soccer need to learn to pass the ball unselfishly rather than push an opponent after another opponent until they lose the ball. They should be team players and not an independent person. Some interested adult athletes have been encouraged to win at the expense of the club if necessary.
England’s soccer teams consist of top-notch foreign players. These often have different languages, cultures, values and ways to solve problems in difficulty. This can hinder the growth of team spirit.
Most football managers realize that the spirit of a team can be thwarted by public criticism of players. However leaders differ in their team-building skills.
Without any party spirit emerging from the trade union movement, business disputes will fail. Unity is power. Members need to identify the cause and trust each other by sacrificing short-term rewards. Then they have the opportunity to negotiate from power and find better working conditions and pay in the future.
Employee conduct is essential to all aspects of life. For example in many organizations that deal with people’s problems and personal change — such as education, health and social services, or those that have something to do with spirituality — group spirit can be weakened when one is faced with the challenge of success — and clients.
Many of these organizations employ groups of employees with different types of professional training who may disagree. Dealing with complex and humanitarian issues raises serious constitutional issues. This could mean that people may be reluctant to change their views, leading to a degree of instability. Leaders can help by building a team to encourage giving and receiving support, communication and sharing. Despite this, mixed groups tend to show disagreements and interactions.
“Working together starts with building trust. And the only way to do that is to overcome our need for non-interference.” (Patrick Lencioni, business management writer)
Unpaid volunteers always want to fulfill their responsibilities on their own terms. With volunteers doing just a few hours, the team spirit suffers if members have less opportunity to come together and resolve different perspectives.
The spirit of a heavenly society
When we make friends, we always do so with people who share our values and values. With them we always feel at home and comfortable to say. It would be difficult to imagine such a situation in which the spirit of the world operates. Emanuel Swedenborg presented such a picture of heavenly society. In that case there are no lines on how things are done. No egos want their way. People connect together in the right spirit. Wanting only the best for each other and the team and the community at large.
“None of us, including myself, have ever done great things. But we can all do small things, with great love, and together we can do good things.” (Mother Teresa, a Roman Catholic nun)
Winter can be a tough time for an angler, as well as a bad time for a dam owner. With falling temperatures, many lakes no longer function. There’s almost no step upside down, and the suspension always brings a big bite, now it doesn’t even get a nibble! Sometimes the change is so great that the lake seems to be killing fish, and it may surprise some lake owners who think they have lost fish. What’s going on? Why is there such a change in winter? Are the fish dead, or are they sleeping?
Fortunately, the fish may not die, but they will be cold, and as the water temperature drops, so does the pollution. This means that the fish need very little food to survive the winter. However, your fish are also not hidden. They are still sitting in the pool – they are awake and ready to eat – they just need a little reassurance.
First things first, location. While it is important to make sure you are fishing in the right places for your pools, especially during the colder months of the year. The reason for this is that your fish will be looking for the warmest places they can find. That often means the deepest part of the lake. The fish will sleep in the mud to stay warm in the winter, so don’t be surprised if you catch a fish with mud in its stomach. They are looking for places near a well or a hot spring. All that is needed is a balance between two dead bodies and a honeycomb.
Then, speech. Fish always see small, finesse lures as fast and easy food they always get more bites. Big fish in your pond will love big traps because they will be drawn to one big meal, as opposed to a small meal. (Requires more energy burning and more calories consumption.) Slow displays such as the Texas rig, the Carolina rig, and suspension of jerikbaits are the main catch for this season. In winter, your fish are all about a “light meal”, so stick to slow shows that imitate dying fish.
Any writer who enjoys a small challenge will have the task of catching fish in the winter.
The coach of a new team has a lot of teaching skills. Which will come first? The first skills will be to catch and defend, as well as two basic kicks. Usually, the catch is made without focusing on defending the ball once it has been caught. This will be explained further below, but the league’s objectives need to be discussed in more detail and considered.
Any city or town league must have a charter. This league document should state that the main purpose of the league is to develop talented players. It will need to state that each team at the age level will receive the same training approved by the league official. This training will be described in detail on paper and presented to the management of each team prior to the annual training. In this way conflicting training methods can be reduced; and, all players will be exposed to the same training. This develops skills and teamwork, which is useful in the future when these players meet together in selected teams and in high school teams. If a town or city wants high-quality soccer in a few years, the marriage should be in place and enforced.
In addition the information should be passed on to each trainer and manager, if the main objective is to improve and strengthen the skills; Winning should be the second home league. Understandably, it is not an easy task to accomplish in any league; but be a part of the covenant, at least in the leagues of houses. If it is severely broken, team managers should be evaluated for its effectiveness and the removal of the coach and / or future manager.
As a general statement, each player’s self-control should be objective. First of all, a great soccer player can be described as emotional control, ball control, self-control, self-control, self-control and self-defense. For a new team coach, whether it is a very small team or an old team, self-control in the above areas should be emphasized and strengthened. This kind of self-control becomes part of each player as the skills learned are deepened. Self-control is the opposite of carelessness.
In order to achieve any or all of the above “self-regulation”, one must begin with the standards of coaches and managers. All coaches and managers in a town or city league must be given a training day by the association. This instruction will be a training demonstration to be included in the new season. Demonstrators need to be highly skilled in having gaming experience. Another very important example is to walk in the right way of defending themselves, they are always arguing with different coaches – one is right, the other is wrong.
The most common reason given for allowing each coach to coach / teach football in their own way is that “We need coaches and we have to do what we have”. For this reason, no matter how legitimate it is, it is almost impossible. Over time, when the league has high standards, and educates and insists on the right skills, coaches and managers will eventually come in large numbers as people are naturally inclined to a good organization.
Most coaches have coaching experience, it’s just a play on experience. Some may have training certificates and a little play experience. All can contribute, but all coach approaches must be under the direction of the league. Some may not know the proper training methods without a game plan in order to succeed in the sport. They teach a variety of skills during practice, but are often negligent during difficult games. This is contradictory and should be encouraged at all levels.
The most common areas that confuse or embarrass young players are trapping; and structural change — when you are in a state of loss. With a catch, it is not uncommon to hear a coach shout in a demeaning way, after a mistake has been made to catch, “pass the ball”. This means “catching the ball once”. Holding one or two balls encourages soccer and is a problem. It’s a masterpiece and currently not always during professional games. Its use is very limited in free football. After a catch error, the unsuccessful player is always removed from the game: This shows that it is not a good idea for any player to try new skills taught in practice. The second case occurs when the coach changes direction and / or changes certain players at a time when the game may be lost. This new environment, not taught in practice, confuses players and is rarely producing good results. Moreover, it lowers their respect for the coach.
With all of the above, more than likely, no Charter exists; and coaches alone without guidelines. We will now talk about dragging, defending and kicking: Any skilled player who can catch the ball while performing or in a game when there is no pressure from the opponent. Basic foot traps are generally taught by practice. These basic traps are almost always taught in the universe and are generally all that is needed for entry-level players. However, catching the ball unprotected under the opponent’s pressure is not always helpful or effective. Oppression of the opponent often causes a lack of stress; making it hard to catch, to say the least.
Properly covered, it will withstand a great deal of adverse conditions. That strategy is called “Screening the Ball” or is sometimes called “Screening the Ball”. Protection is done as soon as the trap is complete. The player, while making a trap, begins to defend the ball with his body as he stabilizes. Note, in order to be a good fit, the player must have control of the ball first or the defense may be considered to be an obstacle to an opponent. As long as a player protects the ball, he must maintain that position even when turning 180 degrees for that player to the “scoring” side.
There are some soccer defense strategies that should be taught to youngsters to teach young players the skills of good catch. One of those drills is a special grip with a protective drill called “Monkey in the Middle”. This drill uses three to four players; each player must catch, defend and make a pass in a certain skillful manner. They learn not to lose the ball and to make an unsafe pass that is not included in their teammates. There are other defenses, but they are better introduced later in the child’s football career. The author’s books cover this topic with an easy to understand drawings and descriptions. Books are for sale on Amazon.com. And like any skill, its use should be encouraged and strengthened during play.
Note: When two or more players kick a ball from side to side, catching a quick passing by each other will be the norm. Returning “once” to each other, as is often the case, should not be encouraged if the catch becomes a habit. Getting used to “sleeping” is a waste of time.
One of the most obvious exercises for beginners will be to pass “Inside the Foot” and kick “Under the Body-Instep”. It is also clearly displayed (not in photographs) in the author’s books or in any well-written manuscript. If these basic skills are captured, the young player is on his way to becoming a competitive player. Additional skills will catch on easily once a solid foundation for proper grip is defensive, and the right kick has been developed.
The Canucks joined the NHL in 1970 as a Vancouver hockey team. Canada already has two very successful franchises in Toronto and Montreal, both of which have won the Stanley Cup several times and Montreal was already a monarchy. The Canucks had a very high life expectancy, being a Canadian hockey player.
From the outset, management adopted a no-nonsense style of play, devising some of the toughest possible players in the field of hockey. There is a talk among Canadians about hockey that says, “I saw a fight last night and a hockey game broke out.” This is the language on the cheek that refers to the amount of war in hockey, which is unborn, and blood is poured out in a fight that you can almost trust in every game played. It becomes part of the game, the fans love it, and if the referee tries to split the fight before it goes on, the fans shout loudly and angrily. Attendance slips and revenue slips have stopped, then the league and management no longer try to prevent a fight, allow the fighters to fight, and the venue changes from the hockey stadium to the battlefield as soon as the fight begins.
The local light shines on the soldiers and follows them around the ranks, the players on both sides cheer for their team, the players on the bench bang their hockey sticks loudly on the support walls, the fans go crazy, everyone stands up, and “fighting style” comes out to the music speakers. It’s big business and the league knows it.
This is the culture in which the Vancouver Canucks established their franchise, and clearly the administration had a plan to make money from it. One could argue whether his bosses designed to win in the first place, or choose to draw a certified fan by creating a team full of rivals. Either way, one thing is clear, the Vancouver Canucks rarely, if ever, lost the fight. This made them great celebrities and fans of the league, who loved to watch the game where Vancouver played, because they knew they would be treated with an angry treasure.
Over the years, times have changed, and even though the fight was still well-known, the teams have been able to put a strain on their alignment to deal with any conflict, while placing a skilled team on the ice that can win games. The concept of “team coercion” was born, in which all teams formed a talented person, whose job it was to ensure that players with team skills were not intimidated or abused beyond normal. His job was to become a police officer.
In the midst of this turbulent situation, teams like the Canucks are falling in love, as fans realize they don’t have to give up the level of toughness, they have it all. So the Vancouver Canucks had to change, and they changed it. They began to create talented players from Europe and Russia, and the team began to win. This was a change, however, and took some time, but in the 1980s they were not only in the playoffs, they won and advanced to the next round, and in 1982 they finished in the final game of the Stanley Cup, for the first time. It wasn’t fair, but it showed the Canucks and the league that the Canucks had arrived, and they were a talented, quality team.
During this time, the Canucks fan base grew in size, reliability and knowledge. Websites and blogs dedicated to the Canucks were easily accessible, and the forums discussing the Canucks were very proactive with the latest news. Your typical Vancouver blog was a hockey player himself, as Vancouver has many amateur languages and “beer leagues” where hockey is not just a game, it’s a religion. As a result, Vancouver blocks is a rich source of hockey information, where trade rumors, management guidelines, and upcoming games are discussed at length.
Today, the Vancouver Canucks are considered one of the first refrigerators in the NHL, and have established themselves as a first-class organization where any player can be proud to play for. Their history as a rough team does not hurt them at all, as the fighting culture is strong in hockey, so strong that hockey commentators are constantly debating which team is the toughest in the league. They usually don’t have to negotiate for long, as patrons like to challenge each other, almost every game in fact. Well, these conflicts have been resolved like all other hockey issues, on the ice.
The golf course, like any other personal style, always has a level of submission and endless diversity. However, as someone who reads the game a lot and has a good sense of humor (at least I like to think so) and the nature / community of golf, I have come to certain conclusions about golf and its equipment and style choices. After more than a decade of competitive golf and fun with just about every type of person I can think of, I feel ready to give an authoritative view of what a golf bag says about golf. There are differences in all the “rules” I will set, but they are generally tried and true. With a combination of equipment selection, alignment, skill level and attitude, I divided golfers into five main categories.
The first category will be called “duffer”. This is the kind of golfer who gets a pass, because they play maybe three to five times a year and only go out for a certain invitation or responsibility such as a business meeting or a charity event. For example, this is someone who has little golf experience but doesn’t care much about the game, plays the same set of clubs for the rest of their lives, and may not care much about which points they miss. 1) Older clubs – these golf clubs may be in good condition due to lack of use and are always 8-10 years old, 2) Lack of equipment – until this shop or the first tee if the duffer realizes they don’t have golf balls, no tees , no golf gloves, or maybe seven or eight metal, etc. They don’t play enough to know or even care if they only have eight clubs in the bag. , 3) Don’t wear golf shoes – Duffers always use running shoes or sometimes “clean” in other sports such as baseball. Overall, the duffer (without the obvious obvious) would be a joy to play with if you don’t mind the lost balls going on and the windows broken sometimes. They don’t care enough about their golf to be angry or upset and it’s always refreshing.
The second person is the “hack”. This golfer shares a lot with the “duffer” except that they play golf regularly. They can go out there once a month or so, but they have a clear set of clubs, golf shoes, golf balls, etc. He circled differently on all sides and none of them ever came close to producing a great golf gun. The best shot ever was not because the gun itself was good, but because it happened on a good tree, roll twelve yards into the driveway and finally rest three feet in the hole. Now it can be an exaggeration, because unfortunately not enough hacks make a hole in them. However, I can assure you that none of them were ever hit by the ground passing through the hole and circling inside, etc. Etc. They are part of the pollen or toes that “run” on the flagstick for twenty miles an hour.
The third person is the “poser”. This player is a pseudo-hack. Head-to-head comparisons with high search rankings and articles may look similar. Or, the “poster” might be able to divide ninety equally. However, the brightest feature of this player is that everything comes from their attitude, their belongings, their equipment, etc. (And sometimes their disability) crying they want to be a scratching player … everything in the way they work shows perfectly otherwise. The poster takes a swing from it and when they catch one with the driver it can exceed twenty-five. But, according to this player they did not hit well because when they did three hundred combined. The poster has a recent driver and a recent shaft and without breaking the eighty-five, it plays in a disabled area. He tries to keep up with small guns and rarely gives advice on the tap to those holding his tail. He wins a playful and annoying companion award every year.
The fourth category is “good player”. This golfer has developed a sound that is good for many years of hard work and always breaks the eighties. They have a strong short game and count all their strokes, even penalties. They may not have new clubs, but what they do have is ready for their game: firmness in the x-stiff shafts that are really necessary in their case, and the muscle back or thin cavity back back built more to feel and function than forgiveness. This player respects the game and is never too happy or too worried, he knows full well that golf can bite him in the back at any moment.
The last category is “pro”. And, I don’t mean teaching pro. I mean a player who has or has been able to diversify consistently and for a long time. It takes a lot of practice and the ability to classify an official golf course. Doing so and in various golf courses and competitions demonstrates another level of commitment and competence. The process is self-explanatory. They play with tools designed for their game and are always very similar to a “good player”. The differences are intangible. With many years of work and experience the project has acquired a specialized course and psychological management skills. They do not throw away stocks and they always go up and down when they are thrown green.
In conclusion, here is a list of bag features that show, for simplicity, a good player as opposed to a bad player (yes there is a different real life).
1) Club cleaning brush: Bad players have it, good players have it.
2) Towel attached to the bag with a clip: Bad players have it, good players have it.
3) Medium size, always has a white towel hanging between the clubs to be used for cleaning: Good players have it, bad players have it.
4) Perfectly clean streams: Good players have it, bad players don’t.

What is Tai Chi (and qigong, for that matter) … and how is it spelled and pronounced?
Over the many years of practice and study, I have heard it described in many ways. T’ai Chi, taiji, chi kung, qi gong, qi gong, etc. Etc. Etc. few … no mail please). Tai Chi is an art of martial arts, self-defense, long boxing, boxing, meditation on the go, slow folk dance, natural dance and destruction, health fitness and more. I learned about Tai chi as a tool for teaching conflict resolution and anger management, and for managing ADD / ADHD, as a mood management program, stress reduction, immune system, and the remaining training program. I’ve heard from the great Grandmaster that Tai Chi “anything is done well”, and I’ve heard of Tai Chi as a way of life. Currently, tai chi (VERY SPECIFIC tai chi) is the answer to arthritis. So again what is tai chi?
What I’m using is a straightforward movement pattern, trying to create a set of rules. Actions have a fighting effect, if not an application, and are sequential in a way that allows me to practice the concept of attack / defense tactics. A rehearsal time is a time to emulate the endless, urgent sound of modern society, and to return to your thinking experience.
It seems to me, sometimes my life has gone smoothly because of practice, my mood has improved, and my health has improved at times when I have repeatedly tried to practice, whether repetition was aimed at “perfect” a piece, or simply, regular practice. I have practiced and taught tai chi for fitness, balance, stress, relaxation. I have experienced and witnessed “major changes in perception” (Webster’s description of the miracle), the removal of technical barriers, the exposure of the truth against speculation, and significant changes and growth. I felt interesting, and watched as others passed it on their way to “something else”. For me, it is a journey that has allowed me to visit many people and places; some I liked, and some I didn’t like. It is always challenging, depressing, shocking and rewarding and always leads to a new perspective.
Qi Gong (and Tai Chi), Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, and similar “art” hail outside the Chinese period, ended about 4,000 BC. The period known as the “Wild History of China” by some, is a source of Chinese mythology, myth, and human tradition. It is a time before the writing of written history, when the three Augustes, the gods-kings, used their magical powers to live a long life, to rule a long and peaceful reign, and to make the lives of their people better. Fuxi, Huangdi, and Shennong were commended for the production of writing, farming, fishing, fire, traditional medicine, and the original production of traditional Chinese medicine. The busiest time, the fog, the most important, tied the time between the great flood thousands and thousands of years ago, until the time of the first official empire, the time of Xia People 2100-1600BC. The last of these is the “King of the Earth” who is said to have ruled for over 45,000 years!
What we do know is that prehistoric people did not live long, spend most of their time scaring lunch, and resting until it was time to create a new generation, or eat again … or applaud, ponder the words, the full moon. Absent from the extensive menu of differences (terminology), our “Wild History Man”, probably knew the moon in ways most of us in years of information can never trust. From that natural knowledge (experience) it has evolved into an all-encompassing worldview, in which the whole process of integration and dissolution is shattered. (Huh?) The five elements of zealchemy: the cycles of nature and destruction.
In practice and in reading and thinking, I think that the most important “truth” (opinion?) That I have revealed is how powerful, and at the same time; to reduce, the words may be. I think people with limited vocabulary have more life experiences than the ones described; quite different, and my guess is that their life experiences are even more powerful. Words, I fear, cause a kind of destructive thinking process … Emperor Duan has taught us that our thoughts are stronger, more thoughtful, the energy needed to maintain them. Energy from the body and head. I have experienced this, words that mean something different to me, than someone who has never had it, and others with experience can interpret it differently.
Practicing, studying, and learning qi gong and tai chi and that is where I got into the “new mind”, in Tai Chi we call it the mind of beginners. It’s a place where I get into life experiences and things, much bigger, and somehow richer than I would have been able to know with “my old mind”. It allows for openness that allows, and celebrates the secret of existence, and does not always try to explain away.
By working with others, what I do best is to share experiences … and world experiences; of life, very different from the one I met … the names alone are not enough, as is the case with the Chop Wood, Carry Water shows.
Practice, read, ponder, share. Get acquainted (gain, obtain) with present-day techniques. Experience.
When we mention the word, “sect,” many ideas come to mind. There is Jim Jones, the leader of a religious group in Guyana who was photographed inciting his followers to love, “Drink Kool-Aid,” which was poisoned.
Their promised reward: The journey to Paradise and eternal salvation.
Of course, it is less like a strategy than the violent terrorists who find themselves in a poor, hopeless, and angry world based on the promise that they will meet a large number of beautiful women at the end of their violent journey.
Usually, according to experts, there are a number of steps that need to be taken before we can list a religious group, dividing it, say, your local bridge club or AYSO football league.
Time is running out when we connect with COERCIVE organizations that want to reduce the power of members to set priorities, make free choices, and enjoy the freedom to be independent.
In particular, according to one definition, the compulsory sect meets the following principles:
1. People are put in situations of physical or emotional stress
2. Their problems have been reduced to a single definition, which is often emphasized
3. They receive unconditional love, acceptance, and attention from a leader
4. They get a new group-based ID
5. They are under arrest and their access to information is strictly controlled.
Does this mean that your dojo art war can be a coercive religion?
Dismissal, and power struggles occur all the time in dojos, and these are stressful situations physically and emotionally. Participants are more open to suggestions.
Some dojos use reduction, everything — or nothing — explains the internal condition of that. For example, they might say: “You’re in CAUSE or EFFECT, and there’s nothing in between” and “Don’t say, or you’re against us!”
A leader can act as an omnipotent master, who knows the royal lord, conveying and holding the rewards of such emotions as positive attention, public praise or judgment and observation. Others go out of their way to change their membership by making sure “We’re family, now!” This is an attempt to shift the loyalty of the foundation from the natural system and support systems to acceptable ones, leaders and elected organizations.
Clearly, if your dojo subscribes to the band system, your behavior is closely controlled by your level, which becomes your primary identifier.
Do dojos trap and trap?
The real test is to prove how members are elected not to work or to stop meeting and being treated. Are they abandoning pollution, assault, verification, and dismissal? Or, do they wish good luck and are encouraged to stay connected and come back on a certain date?
I believe that the ultimate test is whether the dojo wants, and has the effect of improving or diminishing your Human ability to be, to act, and to think, independently. If their approach is to try to replace group-thinking with the goals of integration or of leaders and the person’s reasoning and feelings, they have crossed the line.
Are there good and bad religions? Certainly, however do not confuse the idea that the distinction between the two is simply a matter of labels or semantics. This is a great help for Kool so you can be careful not to swallow.
